<p>In north-eastern China city of <strong>“Harbin”</strong> there is 26th International <strong>Festival of snow and ice</strong>. Full city can be found with <strong>massive buildings of ice</strong>, overhanging the river sung, large ice sculpture of a life-size, ice slides, food and drinks. Night lights are included, and the frozen audience sees as the sculptures are illuminated from both inside and outside. The festival this year opened on <strong>January 5</strong> and will last until <strong>February</strong>. <strong>( 31 Photos )</strong></p>

So if your are outside India please come and visit Ganesh Festival in month of august every year.</p>
